We want to say thank you to all the dads who step up to raise the next generation of leaders in our church and culture at large. Your impact will go beyond what you will be able to see as you leave a Godly legacy for generations to come. It can be hard because of the stresses of life to stay engaged and connected with the honor and responsibility it is to be a dad so we thought we would celebrate Father’s Day in a special way this year. This year we are honoring fatherhood, and being a parent in general by joining with some of our families in celebrating the dedication of their children to the care of the Lord. This is an occasion where the parents publicly recognize their responsibility before God, and trust that God will guide them as they raise their children to follow Jesus. There is no greater blessing a parent can have than being a part of their own child’s decision to trust in Christ and honor the Lord with their lives.
