We’ve all heard and said phrases like, “All you need is love.” “Make Love not war.” “Falling in love.” “Falling out of love.” One has to wonder, with all of these amazing sayings about love, why, many of us still feel so unloved? Maybe because these empty expressions of love aren’t really love at all. No wonder it’s so hard to understand what love truly is. God, who is the source of “True Love” gives us the very definition we need to understand in order to experience it. Not just to experience it for ourselves, but also to live to share it with others.
